Good blended protein. Can not recommend this (Mango) flavor. Very not mango tasting. I like the vanilla and the chocolate is ok. I have been using this protein for the last 5 years, very good stuff, skip the mango....

Totally worth it!!! Flavor is amazing! What I love about this is that it has no after taste and does not make you constipated.

I originally tried this product back 4 years ago and loved it than to its an awesome product! It used to have 45 or 50g of protein back than. I have seen extensive gains while using this product, but he mix of vitamins, greens, and protein fuel a quick recovery.
