> 3 dayThis was my original review: The bag arrived as if it were shrink wrapped to the smallest size possible. As such, the top flop had been folded over and now shows a permanent crease in the leather. Its a beautiful bag but a shame the manufacturer couldnt pack it properly. Ill be requesting a discount as now the bag is permanently damaged. Over the next several weeks, Pelly in customer service handled this issue brilliantly. Based upon his exceptional customer service I would give this seller another chance. The bag itself is well made of top grain leather as was perfect for my travel needs. I would still recommend that manufacturer find a different way to package this bag, but, five star rating is soley based upon Pelly in customer service handing this issue. Will gladly order other products and will recommend this seller. thx!
