I never leave reviews, ever, but had to after such a great experience with this bag. I purchased this as a gift for my boyfriend earlier this year who was in need of a weekender-type travel bag that looked more refined and adult. I did a lot of research on a bag that would be timeless, stylish, and durable. I felt like this bag exceeded all expectations and would say it’s worth twice the price. I hate to even call it a bargain because the craftsmanship is so wonderful and the leather is so high quality. I really like how the color is closer to a dark saddle brown rather than an orange cognac, like a lot of leather weekenders are out there. My boyfriend loves it and it’s got plenty of room for clothes and shoes. If you’re considering this bag or on the verge of buying one as a gift, I couldn’t recommend this one more!

My kids bought this for their father for Fathers Day. He can sometimes be hard to impress, but when he opened it up he immediately said how nice it was. The leather is beautiful. Its a little heavy, due to the real leather and how sturdy its made. I think it may be better for a more masculine male/female due to the weight of it. My husband said its perfect for him. LOL

For the money it is excellent quality - stitching, zipper, fixtures etc. Very roomy and looks great. The leather scratches but appears natural as it has a weathered look to begin with. I am very happy with it.

Nice looking mens bag. Quality of leather is nice and its large enough for 3-4 day trip for my husband.

Wanted a soft carry-on bag for travel as well as a weekend bag. Found the bag on Amazon so went to the website. Photos and information were well presented, reviews were good, and price seemed fair if the product met the descriptions. The bag is perfect! I have no doubt it will last forever, it is REAL leather and thick. Looks great, zippers are industrial strength, stitching is solid, and interior cloth lining is premium. I loved it so much I bought the smaller version for shorter trips. I then purchased a wallet. I have had some communications with the company and every response was less than 24 hours. I rate the company and products 10 out of 10.

I bought this to replace an old nylon gym bag hoping it would look more professional and be more durable and it is that on both counts.i wondered if it would be big enough. it is absolutely sturdy and rugged, and elegant enough for public travel. what a great buy.

***Update 4/7/21*** After traveling with this bag over the past 2 weeks, I am impressed by how it holds up. A few adjustments in strap length made this more comfortable to wear. It can handle heavy items and should be packed evenly. If not, it will crease and look not as attractive. I received several compliments on this bag at the airport and hotels. Its pretty. No doubt. But, the one issue I have is how functional it can be on the fly. The zippers are amazingly robust, but when the bag creases as its carried on the shoulder or placed on the ground, its often difficult to open. A couple of tabs to help pull the zipper straight would be great. I currently just use the strap eyelet, but a leather tab sewed in discretely in this general area would help improve its functionality. And while the same can be said about the side zipper pockets, there cant be much done without altering the smooth and simple design on the front. But, simply put, this bag is an awesome travel companion, fits under the seat on a plane and travels really well. I can fit about 1 week of clothes and necessities in here, so its certainly more than a weekender, whilst maintaining a very manageable form factor. ***Original Review*** Im a huge Polare bag fan and it was about time I upgraded my travel game with this duffel. Ive started traveling for work again, so it couldnt hurt to have a nicer carryon than a roller bag. Although, Im not a fan of shoulder strap bags at the airport, Id cave for a bag of this caliber. So, once I try it on my first road trip (1-2 weeks) Ill be sure to update this review. As with any Polar bag, they knock the quality out of the park. The stitching is solid, strap constrivtion and seams are sturdy and the bag is certainly built to last. The zippers are always a sticking point for me with bags in general and I can say Ive never had an issue with a Polare bag and I do not forsee having an issue here as these are the same high quality zippers Ive seen with their bags before. I love the tanning and the smell of freshly sewn leather. Its incredibly soft and supple. The only downside is overstuffing full grain leather bags tends to wreck havoc on their lifespan. Take care and do not overstuff! Ive also run into issues where the leather tanning does rub off onto clothing. Its best to take a damp microfiber cloth and wipe down the excess thats potentially on these kinds of bags to ensure it doesnt make it onto your white shirts (its happened to me a few times before). Make sure to dry the bag afterwards. I love the style and versatile nature. I plan to use the shoulder strap the most, but its so nice to have the extra handles for portability and maneuvering. Especially on an airplane. The handles and straps are very well made. The stitching on the handles is superb and the shoulder strap comes with very heavy duty hardware. Storage wise there is tons of space. The bag features a few pockets inside - two shallow grab and go style pockets along with a zippered pocket and a deeper, unzippered, grab and go compartment suited for a phone or smaller tablet. There is also an external zippered pocket for storing wallets or important docs. The bag expands when fully unzipped and has expanded joints to support the sides and zippers. The quality and attention to detail are amazing. The liner is also a huge plus. Super soft and lofty. Makes the inside of the bag feel very premium. Love the upgrade. Overall, I love this bag.. its super functional and exceptionallly well made. The only thing is I wish this bag was a bit more compartmentalized. I would have like to have seen a shoe compartment and maybe a hidden/integrated laptop compartment for ease of access.
