Wearing a night-guard, to prevent me from grinding my teeth every night, also means maintaining the custom-made, expensive night-guard. Ive learned over the years that the best ways to alleviate the night-guard from cracking and staining was to soak it every DAY in Polident. Not only does it need to be kept moist so it wont crack and break apart, it needs to be cleaned on a regular basis. Polident makes that process so much easier than fumbling with the nigh-guard as I attempt to brush it clean. Now I just drop a tablet into a container of warm water with the night-guard every morning and close the lid. At night, I simply rinse it out with warm water so that its pliable for insertion. Ive extended the life of my night-guard by a minimum of 6 months using this simple process.

I have a zojirushi hot water flask which has a narrow entry way which makes it not too easy to reach in and scrub thoroughly. Enter this product, where i add one pill with hot water, leave it overnight and it weakens the dry coffee coating enough for me to use a bottle brush to help clean out. Leaves behind a very strong mint flavor that makes the first cup of coffee afterwards taste funny. Rinse thoroughly after use

I use these daily and I think they are, hands down, the best. After 4 years, my dentures are still as white as the day I got them.

I use this for a dental splint (a mouthguard). This beats the pants off using a toothbrush to clean the tooth impressions and such. Its more thorough and far easier. The cost is pretty low as well, given theres over 80 days of cleaning in a box. It removes essentially all build-up and does not harm the dental appliance. Ive also read that these help to loosen calcium deposits in toilet tanks, but I imagine that would take a long time if youre not starting with a clean tank.

Poligrip is the only brand I use! Ive tried others but none seem to work as well for me as Poligrip does
