I have dentures and this product works great. One big thing I like about this is that it keeps my teeth in while eating and they come out at the end of the night. I used another popular product and I would put it on my denture and by the end of night I could not get them out of my mouth. It caused sores. Polident keeps them on for what I need them for and come out perfectly when I’m done. I really think this whitenes them some.

When I soak my dentures overnight I wake up to sparkling clean dentures. I drink a cup of coffee every morning and my dentures sparkle all day.

Cleans effectively, day after day for years, and does not damage a dentist-made plastic nightguard / mouthguard / dental splint. Daily use keeps grunge, smell and calc to near zero. No additional cleaning has been necessary for nearly two *decades* of use. I cant speak to how it would work on dentures, bridges, retainers and so on, but I suspect it would have similarly good results. Scent is mildly minty with an unexpected but pleasant hint of sage. Rinses clean (versus slimy like Efferdent) and with sufficient rinsing, does not impart an unpleasant taste. The above comment concerning Efferdent relates to a short period when Polident was unavailable for some reason, and I needed to choose a substitute. I was quite relieved when Polident was back and available at Amazon. I didnt expect there to be such a difference, but indeed I found there was a definite benefit to using Polident both in feel (lack of sliminess) and taste (lack of a pungent sharp chemical taste after significant rinsing). No Im not being paid to say this. I just had no choice for a period of two months or so when Polident wasnt available, and was reminded why I opted to use Polident in the first place, many years ago.

Have used Polident for my 2 partial plates. Overnight they soak and come out clean and with a quick light brushing, a rinse, are ready to use again till night. I have not noticed any taste or odor on them. The water does turn blue but leaves no stain, color, or smell on them.
