looks great fit well

This was perfect for building a window insert I needed for a spray booth vent. Cuts easily on a table saw. No issues with it on the drill press, scroll saw or spindle sander either. Arrived scratch free. Very pleased!

Works well and came scratch free. The only reason it didn’t get five stars is because it came in oversized. I was trying not to cut it, so I modified the frame it mounted into. 5 stars if it had been on size.

Did not hold up. Scratched on the first day. Do not recommend.

Polycarb is not as notch sensitive as acrylic, so cracks dont propagate from uneven cuts. Cuts easily with a hacksaw or jigsaw. Used a brad point bit for holes; made nice clean holes with no cracks.

It seemed this would be perfect for a coffee table top, but after using it once we were left with a scratch exactly where the serving platter was placed. Thought maybe the platter had rough edges, but can’t feel any. Since then, more scratches have appeared. Disappointing to be sure.
