When we received our Poop-Off bird poop remover refill we werent disappointed. The package was not dented or damaged in any way. The box was packed well to prevent the spilling of our product. Its a great savings to order the refill jug. It makes keeping Mangos cage a lot easier. Theres no harsh smell either. I would recommend it to anyone in need of a birdcage cleaner that wont be too harsh for your bird.

This is an excellent product. It does a good job of disolving the bird poop, and I use it on the cage and the floor. Its non-toxic so I can clean the bird cage with the birds in it. They like to get in the spray and bathe in it while I clean their cage. It has a nice fruity type smell, not a chemical smell. The best way to use it is to spray a lot on the droppings and let it set for a while. That way it can work to disolve the stuff, and you have less effort on your part.

Been using this for years. This seller outdid themselves with ensuring the gallons were completely sealed so if mishandled they wouldnt leak. I have 2 parrots and 4 finches and cannot live without Poop Off. It is a necessity and will clean any protein based stain off of ANYTHING.

Product was thrown in a big box with two other items. No packing around it although the gallon was in a plastic bag. The heavy gallon rolled around inside the box damaging one of the other items. VERY poorly packaged. Someone was asleep on the job. The product itself does EXACTLY what the name says. I bought the large gallon size and put it in a new spray bottle (from Walmart) and a dish brush from the dollar store and it works very well with some elbow grease. I dont like spraying it on the bottom grid where the poop mostly accumulates because most of the spray goes between the bars, wasting it. So instead, I wet a clean rag with it and let it rest o. The troubled spots. Then I brush and clean as new. Again, takes a little hard scrubbing but works better than anything else Ive tried. Highly recommended!

As I said, Ive been using this for years, since the mid 90s, actually. I see reviews saying that soap and water works as well, and that this smells horrible. I suppose the smell depends on each person. The first time I smelled it, it reminded me of the smell in the rest rooms, after they were cleaned, when I was in grammer school in the 50s! I have never found that smell objectionable, so its going to depend on your personal tastes, as to whether, or not, it stinks. I actually find it pleasant! As for its effectiveness, Ive never seen anything better. Does it need to soak with hardened droppings. Yes, and no. I always keep one of their application bottles that has the stiff bristled plastic brush head. With that head, I can brush away even hardened droppings. Of course, that leaves debris in the form of small dropping crumbs. But a vacuum, once the area is dry, easily gets rid of those. It requires no rinsing. Just pat it as dry as possible with a paper towel after scrubbing. And, its not only handy for bird droppings, it works for almost anything you spill on your carpet. Ive never seen it leave any kind of stain, mark, or any other kind of evidence of its use left behind after using it. I highly recommend buying the bottle that has the plastic brush head, and then refilling it from gallons, as thats far more economical.
