I purchased as a gift for friends that lost their pet dog and they loved it.

It had a crack in the first frame maybe from shipping or factory but they didnt hesitate to replace it immediately!!! FANTASTIC customer service!!

I bought this for a friend who lost her cat, I had many pictures of her cat on my phone because she would always put on a show and do cute things when I went over to visit , so I wanted to put one of the photos I had in the frame. Its wrapped very nicely but if they would not put the seal on the pink paper it would be easier to unwrap it, put a photo in and then wrap it back up to give as a gift. I had to slowly inch that pink wrapping paper up over the bubble wrap, unwrap the frame put the photo in and then centimeter by centimeter wiggle the pink paper back down over the bubble wrap without tearing it. Other than that, excellent quality, highly recommend.
