I ordered this product because I needed a new bag dispenser. I read a lot of reviews and this was the one that didnt have complaints about the cap falling off. The dispenser is quality, no problems with the cap. The bonus was that it included refill bags...and they are the best bag I have ever used. They are generously sized and heavy duty plastic.
