Cheap product, not worth the value. This is nothing more than a glorified computer fan in a plastic shell with a big ice-pack, not really an evaporative cooling system to say the least. Plastic is also very cheap as you can see from the photo, power button came off almost instantly. You’re better off shelling out a few more dollars for a quality unit.

Doesnt put out enough air. Its seems more like a cheap plastic toy

I have allowed the ice packs to freeze completely and when using, it IS cooling right away and feels great. However… within an hour or so, the feeling is basically like any normal fan. Even thought the ice pack is still quite frozen, the cooling effect lessens substantially. It does come with two ice packs, so if you rotate them every hour or so, it helps… but definitely not ‘10 hours’.

I definitely need something that will cool my immediate space, or better yet, my room as when the sun comes to my side of the building, I tend to cook. Ive been looking for a small personal AC (I have a larger mobile unit but its expensive energy-wise to run), and this seemed like a good idea with the ice packs (rather than drippy ice and water). And it did seem like it cooled the air 5 inches away from the front, so I could stick my feet there and cool down a bit. But that didnt last long. Plus one of the ice packs split open after a couple of uses, despite having followed the max fill line. Also, youre supposed to only keep it in the freezer for 10 hours, but Im not sure how that works then because when would you then have ice packs available to put in the device? The on/off button seemed like it would get stuck down into the body of the fan and Id have to pry it up. Defective and too inconvenient for usage of how to cool these ice packs for use when you actually need them (I cant plan for hot days, I need something I can put in the freezer and forget until its needed). Returned.

I have better luck just using a regular fan , cheaply made as well not worth $30 bucks this is some cheap crap you would find at cracker barrel

I live in Florida....so its hot all the time. I bought this for my wife because she always complains our bathroom is hot when shed drying her hair. So far weve only used it a few times and it definitely blows cold air. But its not quite as strong as an actual A/C. Id think of it as a slightly colder fan. So it gets the job done, but I only gave it 4 stars because an actual A/C would definitely be better.

The product page shows a portable air conditioner, but most of the reviews are talking about airpods. Im actually confused.
