My A/C in my car broke and they wanted $2K to fix it. I bought this as a temporary fix to that problem. It works as well as I expected considering. On the really hot days it is not the best but it was cheaper than $2k.

I needed something to make my studio bearable during infrequent PNW heat waves. This blows mist into the fan, giving a nice evaporating effect. While it might not cool my entire studio (400 sq ft), it does cool me off enough to work. I dont have room for an in-window or stand alone unit so this fans small size is perfect. Its very quiet. The colorful lights are a happy bonus.

Like the title says this little portable is way more powerful than I expected. My hope was that i could have a small fan like portable ac that could give me a little breeze when im working so i can wait on using the big AC. Honestly this little machine is so powerful that im considering using it camping in the desert. Its been wonderful to use and its pretty easy to use. The only tuing I wish is that the lights could be turned on without the ac. But thats minor. Some reviews said they thought it was loud, its really not that bad and the noise is more like white noise.

En mi opción es otro abanico pequeño más, simplemente mueve el aire y a pesar que le he puesto hielo, agua y ambos al mismo tiempo, no enfría más que un abanico tradicional. En mi forma de verlo no noté ningún cambio. Aunque no es un artículo de alto precio para lo que se supone que debería de ser no cumplió mis espectativas. Seguiré buscando otro que realmente genere al menos un poco de aire frío. Hace un poco de ruido que podría ser incómodo para dormir. Es liviano y se puede acomodar en cualquier sitio, es pequeño. Otra cosa importante, en el propio aparato no tiene botón de encendido, únicamente en el control remoto que dicho sea de paso funciona bien, pero en caso de que el control remoto se dañe no veo la manera de poder encender este artículo, entonces pienso que eso sí es otro problema del artículo.

- The unit is larger than expected but it was welcome due to the amount of air it moves. - While not cold air (not intended to be), it does a great job in cooling things down. Have realistic expectations for what the product is. - The large water/ice compartment was a bonus for extended use. - The controls and remote control are intuitive. - Only Recommendation is that I would have loved to see a second mister! The one works great but wonder how much more two or three misters would have impacted the temperature of outputted air. - Overall I’m happy with the purchase. 5 stars!

I needed a small evaporative cooler to put next to my bed to cut down electricity. I bought several coolers in range $30-$45 and each had positive and negative features so that I had to return them. One had a small container, one leaked, some were too noisy, one’s wind blow was not powerful enough, and for most of them, the lid wasn’t sealed when closed. Finally, I bought this with discount. It had large container, the wind blow was better than others, it has a remote which most of others didn’t, the lid gets sealed. Noise level is also low for the wind power. The item I received had two problems so I ordered a replacement which didn’t have those problems. Now I’m satisfied and happy because I think received an item which has all features I wanted with a very good price. Those who say it doesn’t cool at all: You expect too much from a water-based cooler. It’s not an ac. No this-size evaporative cooler can satisfy your needs. You need either a very large evaporative cooler or a small ac. It makes cool but not that much. You need to be near and in front of it. Be in front of it for a while when your room is not warm or cold. You would definitely turn it off because it would get too cold for you. You definitely need an ac for those areas above 85 degrees. Set your ac to maximum tolerable temperature and use this to do the rest. This way you use least electricity and will be comfortable enough.

I was not expecting this to perform as well as it did. With cold water, the unit definitely has an effect of cooling down my immediate area in an office where our HVAC doe snot often work. I wish the fan could be quieter, but that is technically something i could replace if it annoys me enough to do so. Also, make sure to use the USB it came with. Unit did not want to power on with other cords on chargers that met the power requirements. Once i used a 2A outlet with the provided cable, unit functioned immediately.

I bring this cool and compact unit daily with me to work. I work in a kitchen as a prep cook. It’s nice to have plugged in, next to me. If you’ve worked in a restaurant before, you know the kitchen gets really hot. This has been a game changer. I also use it at home in my bedroom and have noticed a great cooling difference. You can’t beat the price. Very happy with my purchase.

Our AC went out and we had to wait several days for it to be repaired so I ordered this to help survive the Texas heat. This thing was a lifesaver! I kept it near me on the end table while sitting in the living room then put it on my nightstand at bedtime. Our house was 89 degrees but I was nice and comfortable! This saved me from renting a hotel room! It doesn’t cool the entire room but it’ll help keep you cool when it’s next to you. I love that it has the water like an evaporative cooler and I put ice cubes in the water to make it colder.

I have been traveling between California and Arizona for the past couple of days. And OMG, this portable air fan works great. I didnt think that this little machine can do so much. It blows out cool air just like an air conditioner. It is pretty light and compact enough for me to bring to bring around traveling. I dont know why I didnt think about buying this little machine earlier. This year, I have pretty bad allergy and I have been sneezing out blood the past couple of weeks because of the dryness in my rooms. However, after using this machine, I stopped sneezing out blood. My nose feel so much better now.
