Greater than one weekI received the first fan and stopped working after a month. (Maybe I over charged the battery) Seller contacted me (after return date) offering to give refund or new fan. Second fan only has 2 speeds instead of 3 like the first one and not as much power. Im going to try changing the battery out with the first one and see if that helps at all. I am still thrilled with the customer service going out of their way contacting me and trying to make it right. That is much more than other sellers on amazon would do.
