It looks exactly like it does in the pictures, it’s super cute, totally silent, and the fan speeds are great —there are 3 and the highest one blows really hard so it’s great for cooling you down. You get the fan, a charger, a removable base for your fan (it’s super easy to attach and remove the fan from its base, you would use to stand the fan up, and when its out the base the fan fits perfectly in your hand, it’s comfortable to use, lightweight, and easy to use) you also get a string. My favorite part about this fan is you can use it while it’s charging!!! I work in an office so I keep mine plugged in while I’m at my desk, this way it’s always fully charged when I unplug it to take it with me! I would highly recommend this fan to anyone. The green color is super cute!

The handheld fan is so cool! The blades are hidden deeper into the fan so anyone can use it without getting hurt. I have to find a way to clean the fan blades later. There are 3 speed levels: Strong, Stronger, Strongest. I call them this because I was literally blown away. Theres one button only and the press of the button goes: 1) Strong, 2) Stronger, 3) Strongest, 4) Off. Change into the level of the blows, the louder the fan becomes. I can tell its working very hard. Theres a bottom holder that you can set the handheld fan into and set it down on the table while you work. You can even adjust the fan to aim at you a certain way, but the further the fan goes back, the weirder it starts to look. The handheld fan comes with a lanyard so you can tie it around your wrist. It also has a charging cable too! When I received this handheld fan for the very first time, I didnt need to charge it. It has lasted me days with continous use. I finally charged it once because I used it a lot, maybe too long. Its basically summer where Im at. I get hot easily! I am taking this with me everywhere I go even though I forgot to a few times already. I was so sad. Perfect size for traveling. I cant find anything wrong with this fan. I tried. My only hope is that the fan last a long time. I dont know what Id do without it now. Thank you so much!

This little fan is small and perfect for your bedside table or to throw in your bag. It has a stand that it can detach from and a strap so you won’t drop it. The head folds back so you can adjust the air stream. I would only use it 10-15 minutes at a time in the battery lasted for weeks. I love my paper hand fans but it is nice to just lay and be fanned.

I thought I would try this personal mini fan because I needed a new fan. My old fan (JISULIFE Handheld Mini Fan) was very effective, but in the middle of the night, can be a little loud for a sleeping spouse. Reviews for the JISULIFE fan also noted noise. This ATTLOOQ fan was noted by reviewers to be very quiet. I did not find this fan quiet and it is puzzling to me that other reviewers found it quiet. As my husband noted, it sounds like a jet engine taking off considering its size (except at the lowest speed), and I agree 100%. This ATTLOOQ fan is far noisier than my previous fan, it is less portable (doesn’t fold and is thus bigger, and you need to bring the mini stand too if you are going to operate it hands free at your desk at the office), and is not as effective at cooling (possibly because there is less fan blade moving air due to the big silver thing in the middle). Overall, this was a bit of a disappointing buy. April 03, 2023 edit: I find that I am using the fan as a desktop or coffee table fan. It’s nice that the head of the fan can be angled (in vertical axis) so the air can reach you even if the table is low. It’s also nice that it has 3 fan speeds. The seller’s customer service contacted me, which was nice but unnecessary. I bumped it up a star because I use it and a fan can’t be/do everything. Sure it’s not as portable as some other fans, but the stand and adjustable fan head make it easier to operate on any surface. I couldn’t give it 5 stars because it is too loud in the dead quiet of the night, loud enough that I can’t use it in bed because of it. It’s just fine to use in the living room, dining room, or home office, though, and kudos for the customer service.
