Overall, I am happy with this product. I cant give it a 5 star rating yet because Ive only used it 2 times on the low setting so I cant accurately assess its battery life. I bought this to keep me cooler when Im gardening in the summer heat. I like that this fan has air vents around the entire fan; other models that I looked at have no air vents around the back-of-the-neck area. The fan is comfortable around my neck (not too heavy). The fan is fairly quiet on the low setting but is noisier (wind sound blowing past your ears) on the high setting. For some reason, the air flow is stronger on the right side than the left side and the air flow is least strong in the back-of-the-neck section. I used it while gardening on a hot and humid day and it kept my head area comfortable even though other parts of my body were sweating. I also used it in a buggy area. It kept the flying insects out of my face but I needed to use the high setting and wear it as I would using over-the-ear headphones so the air vents were blowing outward (not upward) from my face.

The fan is great as far as power. It is loud though. There are others that are silent. I’ll keep it for times when the noise won’t be a problem. But I’ll have to get a silent one for anytime I don’t want people hearing it.

Purchased in Oct of 2021 and used a few times. Originally I felt like despite the short battery life it was a good purchase. However, less than one year later still in “like new” condition, it will no longer hold a charge. When I turn it on after charging for several hours, it shuts off after just a few seconds in any mode. Kind of bummed!

This was great for hot flashes. Now if they could only make one for humidititys

I bought one from last year and it is blowing harder and longer than the one I got last week so there’s definitely not a 4000 mA battery in the new headset in fact the advertisement for the Last year‘s model, the photo of the 2000 mA per side. It is also noticeably lighter probably because the battery is cut in half in power and time of use it all. It’s not an awful neck fan just not what it was disappointed in MITO.

I bought this during winter so I haven’t used too much. However was a bit dissatisfied when I learned that the flow behind the neck serves no purpose. The very reason I bought. Also the air flows straight at my ears not at my face. Air flows strong in all levels. Loved the bag it came with to store away for travel. Have it 3 stars because it needs refining.

Definitely works, but not the most comfortable accessory. If you’re spending like an hour in the heat, it’s a good one, but don’t expect the battery to last all day.
