It cools very well but it catches the baby hairs on my neck often. I keep my hair up when I use it.

It worked great for the first 10days. battery life is nonexistent. 3 hrs tops. And thats on low switching to med for a sec and then turning it back down. The neck part is flexable until its not after a week. After 2wks one of the fans stop blowing efficiently. Working doing stock at my job with no air in the summer is brutal. This did help a hell of a lot until it stopped working. I did purchase insurance. And will be returning it and saving the new one for next summer. To use for 2wks. smh. My coworker has one (another model)she used all summer and never had a problem. I will be looking into that for nxt yr

The charger is difficult to get into the right spot to work. The noise level is high. I can’t hear others speaking to me while wearing it. Not great for using while working due to that.

I expected more out of this fan, I bought it to use on vacation during 100degree weather, I think it helped a tiny bit. I expected the side vents to have more output. I wish I had bought the type where the fans stick up on both sides to blow at you in front of your face. Unsure about the battery life, I did not use it long, I never ran the battery dead but after each use I put it on the charger. Motor is quite. Item is not excessively heavy.

I really like this little sucker!! It does cool down my hot flashes. It has a great flow of air. Great price too.

We are getting there but still a bit too heavy and loud. However, I will be using this on my overseas trips. There are just times when this is a great product to have. When there is no circulating air I may whip this out. Much to the horror of locals who love their stagnant air.

I can’t use it on the highest speed because as I move around something causes the fan to start making this ringing noise on the left side. Once the ringing starts it doesn’t stop. The fan also doesn’t like to stay in one place. I needed a neck fan to use while working in a hot restaurant and it moves around on my neck far too much while doing that.

Battery did not last long.

Only lasts 4hrs 10 minutes fully charged on lowest speed
