I put cards like these in my wifes lunch bag. These were just a bit too upbeat/mindless positive/etc for her. Nothing against them, just that my wife wanted something that engaged her brain, not her emotion. Everyone is different.

Just started using but they do give you positive affirmations daily. I read one or two daily with my morning coffee
