Greater than one weekLove the Potette, but am really disappointed that the new model does not allow the inner silicone liner to secure to the frame of the stand-up potty seat. The slit on the side is not long enough to actually attach to the potty, so there is risk each time of the inner liner sticking to your childs bum or legs and spilling every time you lift them up off the potty. The older model they had was better, and actually allowed the two parts of the potty to attach and be secured.

> 3 dayI spent way too much time looking at travel potties. Hopefully, this review helps someone spend less time than I did. At home, we use the montikids potty. Its the perfect height for my son and doesnt cause him sensory issues. Unfortunately, its a bit too bulky to use as a travel potty and were on the go a fair amount of the time. I looked at a ton of foldable travel potties before settling on the Potette Plus Portable Potty. The main thing it has going for it is the collapsable, reusable liner. I knew that my son would have a hard time with sitting on a plastic bag needed to cover most other travel potties. The sound of the plastic and the feel of it against his skin would cause him to refuse to use the potty. Also, the noise of pee hitting the plastic would be a problem. The reusable liner takes away all of those issues. The potty itself is super easy to use. The legs fold down easily and the liner pops right in. Once your kid does their business, its simple to dump into a toilet and clean up. There is a little learning curve to refolding the liner, but not too bad. The main thing to be concerned about is the overall size of the potty. My son is 34 tall. He ends up with his knees almost to his chest when he sits down on it. On one hand, a great position for encouraging poop. On the other hand, he needs help getting up off the potty every time. The potty can be used on a regular toilet with the foldable legs at 180 degrees, but then were looking at total leg dangling. Its something to be aware of though.

> 3 dayI like that this is small enough to fit in a large purse, backpack or diaper bag. With the seat being close to the ground, it brings the knees closer to the chest for a better poop position. We also have a sedan so this is helpful when you don’t have an SUV trunk for potty breaks. It fits well behind the driver and passenger seat and my toddler can take his potty breaks in the car no issue. The one knock I have is that poop can get sticky. Just line the potty before use.

> 3 dayThis travel potty is great for toddlers. Small enough to bring everywhere, and comfortable for their little tushies. I like the fact that you can either use disposable liners, or just the rubber liner that you can clean out. Just dump in the toilet and rinse! This eliminates waste.

> 3 dayBought this at the recommendation of a friend. So glad I did! Fits in my backpack diaper bag, and my 19 month old (who is big/tall for her age) can easily use it as we are out and about. Totally recommend!

> 3 daySeems like a pretty good travel potty. Folds up quickly and easily, grips really well. Only issue is that the storage travel bag has a warning on it to keep it away from children because it’s a cheap plastic bag that’s practically no better than a grocery bag. The travel bag is not at all like what I thought it would be. As this is a product designed FOR children it is absurd that they don’t provide a child safe option especially since kids get into everything even with proper supervision.

> 3 daySuper small but we wanted tiny to fit in our keenz stragon on trips to our park that does not have a restroom. Its a bit flimsy so use caution when little bottoms plop down.

> 3 dayI love this little potty! It is the perfect size to put in a backpack for travel. I have twin toddlers so having a potty on the go is a must! This has made our roadside stops so much easier!

Greater than one weekI like the reusable collapsible liner. I do find that the baby Bjorn with the back is way way better at home and just in general for potty learning especially if you are starting early with EC and the oxo collapsible traveling potty has a better (smaller) opening for little booties and seems sturdier. The legs on this potty feel like they wont stay in place, its VERY low to the ground, and the space in the liner that is supposed to secure it to the base is WAY too small! I like the idea of this set up but they have a few kinks to work out. I would not recommend this for anything other than the liner.

Greater than one weekThe updated collapsible version of the silicone insert was a good idea in theory. However, because of the way the silicone insert folds when collapsed, the legs on the potty seat cannot be folded in without pushing the silicone insert out of the potty. The updated silicone insert does not attach to the potty like the older version of the silicone insert did. It actually doesnt attach at all, just sits inside the potty, which presents a problem when you go to dump out the contents of the silicone insert. It flops all over. I will be returning this and ordering a potette potty seat and older version of the silicone insert separately. I hope the manufacturer reverts back to the older silicone insert model.
