Im very pleased with this potty seat. It was easy to put together and feels very sturdy when placed on the toilet. Its also easy to fold and place to the side in our small bathroom. It works out perfectly for our 3-year-old.

EDIT: wonderful customer service. The seller reached out to me after my very bad experience and sent a new one, which works much much much better. My kid isn’t upset about it anymore, either. I’d say REALLY check that yours is out together nice and tight, and if it doesn’t seem to be fitting together tightly, return for a new one. My second one works exactly as I needed it to. This is honestly one of the worst things I’ve ever bought on Amazon. I have no idea how it has ANY good reviews. I put it together exactly as the instructions suggest. My boy got SO excited to finally use the “big boy toilet” and this immediately collapsed under him (where the legs and seat meet simply cannot be tightened correctly). It somehow managed to pinch his thigh, and now he’s TERRIFIED OF THE TOILET. Great! He was doing so well potty training and this has set us back weeks. I am so, SO angry i ever bought this.

I like the fact that your child can climb up to use the potty on their own. The only dislike is how close the step is to the toilet what makes it hard for your child to step up and turn onto the toilet.

Overall its a pretty good product, it looks good and function well. The only thing is that is not very steady.

So this is super cool for a toddler EXCEPT it slips every time he sits down. There’s no grip. Also the back keeps falling off.

Seat was easy to put together, but the instructions should be more detailed to go with the images. The seat was a little loose at first, but theres a blue coin-ish shaped part that comes with the parts to help tighten. My kid likes it and saves me from constantly bending over to pick them up.

It was a great way for my 3 then 4 year old to bridge the gap between using the smaller floor potty chairs and the actual toilet. She was terrified of the real toilet and refused to even let me hold her (when we were out of the house I had to bribe her to use the bathroom instead of hold it). This helped her gain confidence and security to use not only the toilet at home, but also toilets out of the home. I just wish it had better adjustability and stability with both the seat and the floor pieces. If you have a tall toilet you should be fine, but ours is fairly low to the ground so it wobbled often. She never fell off, but it always worried me.

I am using it for potty training of my 2 year-old great granddaughter!
