Our daughter, age 2, has very short legs and struggled using a traditional potty seat. Before we purchased this seat, she liked the idea of being on the “big people toilet”, but was always off balance, uncomfortable and afraid of falling. This led to her not being very successful in using the potty. With this new seat, she’s now able to get on the toilet herself and feels safe and confident, leading to much more successful potty training. The only drawback for us was that it doesn’t fit inside the ring of our toilet seat, so we actually have to use it directly on the bowl, with the seat up. It’s sturdy enough that it works just fine that way, so it’s not really a big deal.

I must have a small toilet seat. This potty seat does not fit into my toilet (seat or down) I wish that the inside of the legs were finished like the outside for easy clean up. Other that that, the entire chair looks nice. We havent had a chance to actually use the seat but as soon as we do, I will update.

This is a great little seat for toddlers learning to use the toilet for the first time. It arrived quickly, was packaged well, and took minutes to assemble. My son (2 years and 3 months old) had no problem stepping up, turning around, and sitting down by himself. The seat is cushioned and I imagine feels very comfortable. The ONLY thing about this product that doesn’t work for us is the shape. Our toilet seats are a little less elongated and more of a round seat. When our little guy used this seat (three times before we called it quits) all of the pee ran out of the seat and onto the floor. Mind you, my husband and I were very conscious about the angle of his parts while peeing and it didn’t seem to matter how “downward” it was pointed, the pee still came out. This is a bummer because I really like this seat, but just not for our toilet.

I bought this to potty train my son and it works great for him. He loves helping put it on and take it off of the toilet. I love it because it can be removed and is small so doesn’t need much storage space. It was easy to assemble and sturdy. We also use it as a step so he can put it up to the sink to wash his hands.

Our son wouldn’t use any other chair or seat until we found this to potty train! Great for our 4yr old, now one side of the potty chair keeps coming apart. Sometimes the seat causes it to get pee on the toilet seat tho. It really is perfect from potty training and once potty trained. Steps are perfect for toddlers. Seat perfect size.

I do like it. It works well for our family and help our toddler become more independent. I do agree with other reviews that the opening is bigger than expected and smaller bottoms could fall in. Other than that I would give it 4 stars. My little days he likes how soft the seat is and its all easy to clean.

My twin boys were hardly trying to potty train and the main reason was they were afraid of falling in the toilet. The other potty toilets were too flimsy and they didn’t feel comfortable getting on them. This one is perfect! They were able to use it by themselves and get on and off easily. Now they are both potty trained!

It is sturdy and easy to use. Our 3 yr old granddaughter is able to put the potty seat on the toilet by herself. The potty seat sits solidly on the toilet seat. The step is wide enough for her to easily turn around on.

I’m shocked by the great reviews of this product. I ordered it thinking it would make potty training a little bit more of an independent effort for my 2.5 year old who needs help getting up to and off of the toilet. She was SO excited to see it when it arrived and we put it together right away. First of all, it does not fit a regular round toilet as it claims it does. It didnt lay flat on the rim because there wasn’t enough room, so we put the seat of the regular toilet down and set it over that. Then my daughter climbed up to see if it would shift at all and thankfully it seemed relatively sturdy! However, the seat hole is wider than the other typical potty seat we had on there before and she was absolutely terrified of falling in, started crying, and refuses to try it again. I will try again tomorrow if she lets me, in hopes that she just gets used to it. Otherwise, this thing is getting sent back because WHY would you make a toddler potty seat that is too big for a toddler?! How are all these other 2-3 year olds in the other reviews so in love with this??
