> 24 hourDoes what it is supposed to. Easy to use. Easy to store...doesnt take up much space. Our child is using it just fine. Has handles so he can hoist himself up. Color is nice (pale green). All in all its great.

> 24 hourMy Grandson is very happy with this. It makes him feel very secure when sitting on the big toilet.

> 24 hourThe packaging said infants 1 year olds. They will fall through. had to buy aanother toilet seat cushion but its still terrible for a infant. no wonder they showed those huge kids in the video. The video is awkward that those big kids are stepping on this thing and getting on the toilet. Crazy. Well Ill keep it and try to modify it some way so the baby wont fall through.

> 24 hourThe seat is advertised to fit a toilet that is 15-16in and our toilet is 15.5” and this seat still sits high. I tried several adjustments and nothing helped and since it sat too high off the toilet my son did not feel safe sitting down to potty train on it. Really disappointed that it didn’t work because it has all the things we were looking for but ultimately it just wasn’t safe for him to sit on and we’ve gone another route

> 24 hourI was disappointed in the design. Looks great on paper with a nice step and handles. However, the opening is very large, almost as large as the regular toilet seat. My toddler, who is 90th percentile for height and weight nearly fell in, because the opening is just way too large.

> 24 hourThis product has little to no instructions on how to assemble the stool. The legs are wobbly and it won’t stand up straight because I put one of the feet on slightly wrong and now it won’t come off for me to fix it. Returning it.

> 24 hourWe love the design of the seat but the directions are not clear on how feet snap to ladder. My very strong husband attempted to snap feet in place multiple times. Came here hoping for a demo video or some clearer instructions and did not find any clarifications. We have tried sliding into place and snapping into place to no avail.

> 24 hourGranddaughter loved it. She can climb up and sit on her potty chair and have something to hold on to.

> 24 hourThis is the only potty seat I have gotten my kid to use independently however, the step points down. No matter how I reset the seat on the toilet it still points down. Once first getting on to the seat it slips off the toilet seat itself and can scary for some kids. Once the kid figures out how to get around this its a great experience though. This thing was lost in shipping and I was refunded my money quickly so I could repurchase. Over all I would buy again if I needed too. Wish I wouldve bought earlier in the potty training game.
