I have found myself to often pack this suit case to have enough capacity for a weekend trip without needing to pack a carry on suitcase. It also fits well below the seat. The opening is very easy and the shoulder straps are quite comfortable. The color is pleasant and overall a great addition to travel life.

I love simplicity when I travel. Thats why my two or three night trips away, I tend to take just a backpack. However, I am always so limited on space and getting in and out of the backpack is difficult. This one solves all that! The backpack can open up just like a suitcase (folds open) giving you great access to pack and unpack your clothes! Plus, theres a comporting for everything you can imagine! Plus, there is an expansion zipper, so if you buy a little too much, you will be able to fit it in! Finally, while the backpack does hold a fair amount, its not a monstrosity either. It does not look too big. Its just right!

The bag arrived a little bent though I want to give the benefit of the doubt that-that was due to shipping purposes and possibly handling purposes as well. The bag has a compartment where you can charge something though I haven’t figured out what exactly. I will have to take a look/analyze the cable to see what type of charger it is so I can figure out what it’s meant to charge. I really love how the bag is made of PU Leather so that vegans can enjoy this luxury item. The carry-on also has many compartments to hold several items and separate some from the others. The bag also seems to have more space than it shows at first when filled up. So far this backpack is pretty secure, and very high quality. I glad to support a business just starting and will be using this to store my stuff when I move!

There’s even slim pockets in the sides of the main packing compartment. It holds a 17” laptop with ease, and comes with a packing cube, shoe bag and other small travel accessory bags. It’s really well made… Though it is a little inconvenient to have to undo one side of the backpack straps to open the suitcase. Personally I don’t care for the fake leather decorative panel at all. It looks and feels cheap, after a few trips it’s going to get scuffed and start looking terrible and peeling. It would have looked sleeker and would be more durable overall if it was the same nylon oxford fabric as the rest of it. That’s my initial observations of the bag. I actually got this for my husband to use as a work bag, because he uses an 11x17 clipboard while on site visits and also carrie’s a lot of reference materials for his job, and wanted a backpack instead of the leather messenger bag he’s been using that’s not big enough for all his reference materials on jobs he has to have a lot of them. He often carries several bags. So I got this to help him out. He’s already excited that he can carry everything in one bag! We’ll see how it holds up after the daily grind… I’ll update my rating and review if he has critiques or if it fails in some way, if there’s no update then rest assured, it’s holding up to daily use just fine.

This is a perfect sized backpack for a short business trip. The bag can either be worn as a backpack, or remove the shoulder straps and carry the bag using the side or top carrying handles. There are several pockets including a hidden zippered pocket in the back to store items such as money or passports, and many internal pockets for organization. The laptop sleeve is suspended from the bottom of the bag to prevent your laptop from hitting the ground when you place the bag down. For longer trips the bag can be expand larger to hold more clothing, etc. Compression straps on the side of the bag can be used to compact the bag.

I take a lot of short trips for both business and pleasure and needed a bag that would handle my computer, files, clothing, and a few necessities. This “all-in-one” backpack hits all the marks. It’s made of grey water-resistant polyester with black metal zippers and a brown faux leather accent strip on the front. The main portion of the bag has dual zippers that open around three sides like a small suitcase. The interior is lined with black nylon. This section is expandable by using a second zipper to add an additional 2” of depth. There are two small zipper side pockets, a USB cord/plug with access to the outside, and a criss-cross stretchy strap with a slip-lock clasp to keep things in place. The lid/top of this section has two zip pockets. One is netted, and the other has a plastic cover. A second zip open section on the front of the pack has a padded divider with a Velcro-close strap on one side, and two zipper pockets/three open slip pockets on the other side. The front flap has a lower zipper pocket for smaller items. Four fabric cinch cords on the sides help to secure the contents of the bag. The design of the back is clever. First, the entire back panel is very well padded. There’s a luggage strap to slip over an extended suitcase handle for travel. There’s also a pocket with a hidden zipper for extra security. The shoulder straps - should you choose to carry the bag like a backpack - are hidden in a top zipper pocket. They’re nicely padded and clip to the cinch cords. There’s also a padded handle-grip on the side of the bag if you want to grab-and-go. Two nylon/net packing cubes and two nylon packing bags are included to keep things organized. Overall, this is a versatile, all-purpose backpack/tote/travel bag with a lot of flexibility and uses.

I like the size, pockets for laptop, plenty of storage for other small items. I like that the straps can be stowed and two carrying handles, one on top and side. It does come with some packing cubes but didn’t use them. You can expand it but seems to be about an extra inch. The bottom has elastic straps that keep all your clothes strapped down. The backpack straps were comfortable to use and fit well. I was able to pack three days of light clothes, laptop, sandals and toiletries. Still had room for another day or two. The only annoying issue is the laptop storage is in the top flap of the backpack and since there is no frame to the backpack, the opening flap deforms the backpack when fully opened. Remove laptop and it should be fine. There are also four straps on the sides to cinch the backpack together to help keep its shape. Overall, good bag for travel short trips.

I am impressed with how much I could stuff in this backpack and how functional it is. It is almost identical to one from the same vendor I reviewed favorably not too long ago. In comparison, I believe this is an even better backpack because the fabric has a more durable feel. Things I like about this item: Expandable main compartment Multiple compartments for organization Storage for the shoulder straps and sternum strap Included packing cubes

This is a fantastic travel backpack. It has tons of little zippered cubbies, and it high quality. It can be expanded or shrunk like a normal piece of luggage (zippered expansion) as well as a very nice padded back to make it comfortable to carry. It comes with 4 additional nylon bags to carry even more stuff! Interestingly - it has a little USB charger port on the exterior that you can connect to a battery on the inside. (not included) Highly recommended.

This is the first suitcase type backpack that I have owned. When I first opened the backpack, I found a lot of room for clothes. A section in the top of the suitcase can be used to store a laptop and some accessories. On the side, there is a pocket for a water bottle or umbrella. My surprise came when I found a zipper on the side that expanded the bag to hold even more stuff! There are plastic buckles on the side to help compress the bag in case you are trying to meet airline bag size requirements. The backpack straps can be stowed away in its own zippered pocket when not in use. The bag also has a strap so you can attach it to your roller luggage. There is another hidden pocket in the back padding to hide things like your wallet and travel documents. The material is strong and should hold up to travelling. Overall, I am very happy with this suitcase/backpack.
