Definitely works, but makes a loud running noise the whole time it’s on.

It works which is great but I’m not so sure about the “quiet” aspect. It makes this god awful ringing noise that is low pitched but still more bothersome than just a regular power brick. Can’t complain for the price though and like I said, at least it works!
