> 3 dayEven though they changed the formula years back, this has always been the best shampoo to remove oil, dirt, whatever.

Greater than one weekIt lathers great, has a great smell. And it leaves your hair feeling really clean. I used this back in the 70s and 80s when I was growing up, but then it became hard to find in my area. The local CVS has it rarely and I dont like running out. It is so great to have some on hands. The only problem I had was that the cap was not secured on one bottle. Not much was lost out of that bottle, but there was enough to get all over everything. It would be better if it had one on those adhesive foil things under the lid.

> 3 dayI have oily enough hair to warrant every other day shampoos. Prell can be a bit drying but it gives me volume that I need so, for me, it’s a trade-off. Once a week I use an Aveda shampoo which gives my hair a “break”. I actually love the smell of Prell and it will always be my go-to.

Greater than one weekSmell is close to the original, although lighter. Thickness of the Shampoo is also thinner, but a small amount goes a long way. Extremely sudsy. Excellent for anyone suffering from Citric Acid allergy, or wanting a claarifying shampoo that doesn’t leave the hair or scalp dry.
