Greater than one weekCant be more pleased, just removed a very stubborn print from my glass bed and the tools performed as they should. Print comes free without damaging the surface.

02-06-2025These tools are absolutely perfect for assisting with model removal. Theyre flexible so they they can curve and bend which you really need sometimes to ensure the tool is flat against your build surface. Theyre tapered at the the ends so theres really a fine, but not sharp, edge that really helps get underneath. Both tools have their uses (I am not sure how to explain, I just know there have been cases one wasnt quite right for a situation where the other worked perfectly). These are so much better on other kits that include basically 1mm thick paint scrapers that do absolutely nothing to help you without risking gouging your print or gouging your print surface. I really got lucky with these!

> 3 dayAfter reading plenty of reviews on the cheaper removal tools, I decided not to risk it and went with these instead. They might be a tiny bit more expensive than some others, but they work great as far as my needs. Previously I was using an old feeler gauge set to loosen up prints, often resulting in the gauges being bent. Now that I have these removal tools removing prints is a breeze.

> 3 dayI was struggling with removing prints from my build plate. Then I got this set. The edges are VERY sharp so be careful. But it makes removing prints so much easier.

> 3 dayEdit: Im afraid I am going to change my review from 5 to 2 stars. Now dont get me wrong, the tools worked seemingly well on glass and PC sheets, and even on my PEI sheet. But today, the smaller tool snapped, and in an interesting place. Hm, well what place was it, well right where youd expect the tang to be of course. Guess what though? There is none, and those two dots that lead you to believe there are rivets under them are fake. Its just cheap plastic. I took two photos of the tool that broke . One is a side shot, and the other shows how there is NO tang whatsoever to give this tool the strength it needs for difficult part removal. Edit: Photos will remain, but will be used as a before and after viewing to see if the improved tools hold up better. Edit (05/04/2018): Since this incident, I have been sent a replacement and a surprise gift (a printer cleaning kit) free of charge and free shipping, and a letter apologizing for the issue. Since my review, a positive thing has happened, they are improving the tang to make it more durable. I will be privilege to test it out and pass on a review at a later date. Thank you to Springdale going above and beyond to help a customer out. Edit (05/042018): I have tried the new improved tool on a few prints and it seems to be holding up. Bending the handle back, I can definitely feel a difference in the tang length. It feels like its above the top dot on the handle now. I did just recently notice that the 45 degree bend is longer than the older tool which makes me wonder if I need a tougher print to pry off to put the new tang to task. Ill make a new edit if anything arises from this. If you dont see an edit, it means it worked out.

Greater than one weekBest print removal tool Ive used in my 6-year 3d printing experience. Works great on my Prusa i3 MK2. A bevel is ground into one edge of the large tool, creating a very thin wedge. It really gets under the edge of the prints without damaging the PEI bed.
