Premium Felt Tip Pen - STABILO Pen 68 - Wallet of 10 - Assorted colors

These pens are pretty colours but there isnt much about them thats all that special. The ink flows okay, but not as smoothly as from other felt tips I have. The line isnt as broad as I expected, and they arent all that good for large areas of colour. They do work well in small areas, and theres no issue with splaying spoiling fine lines. My biggest issue was that some of the colours (especially the yellow) simply dont show up well. I tried them on various papers and cards ranging from white through pastel colours and greys to black, and at least three of the colours were practically invisible. If you use a dark colour around them they show better, but that limits their useability drastically. On the whole, these no better than average.

I recently got some adult coloring books and wanted some brightly colored markers that dont bleed or severely smear. Like any wet marker, this will smear if you immediately drag your hand across it, but its relatively minor compared to other markers that Ive used. These are brightly colored and really bring life to my coloring book. The tip is fairly pointed, but it wont be small enough to color in extremely minute details. All in all, Im no professional, but these are great for the coloring hobbyist!

These are the best markers I have used so far on adult coloring books. The point is small enough for detail work but it can also fill in larger areas without too much effort. They dont bleed through my coloring books. The 30 colors are varied and all useful. I would highly recommend this set to anybody. Well worth the small additional cost over cheaper brands.
