> 3 dayI take these because my retinal specialist recommends them. As a medical editor, I was aware of the research that demonstrated the value of these vitamins for retinal health.

> 3 dayIts hard to judge the efficacy of vitamins... My husband has an eye condition that he has been received ~ 4 years of monthly treatment for which stabilized but did not cure. He started taking Areds ~ 3 years ago based on recommendation from physician, cant hurt, might help? Finally, last month, Dr. reported noticeable improvement. He switched to Areds 2 after it was available about 1-1/2 years ago, formula recently improved with occusorb (which we received in our latest reorder after last drs visit.) Hopefully we will see eventual cure!
