The grey spout that all the attachments connects to, is on a swivel. You cant put pressure on a surface while trying to clean, because it will just be swiveling all over the place. It would have been fine without this design flaw.

UPDATE: The customer service team was quick at getting in touch with me about my product issue. They offered a replacement or a refund, and because there were issues on Amazons end with a replacement, I took the refund. Much appreciated. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Had this half a year and the heating element broke/stopped working after three total uses! I need a replacement or a refund.

I’ve been cleaning with this for days. I’m officially an adult that gets excited about stuff like this. If you want to join the dark (yet clean) side, get one for yourself.

This little steamer is good, I just wish the electric cord was longer! I understand the need for an extension cord, but cheesy pete - cant the cord on the device be longer than it is - its soooo short! Other than that, its a fine tool.

This steamer is very easy to use and has a variety of attachments. I had a broken attachment and customer care was easy to get to and is working with me to get a replacement.

This product is the best deep cleaning device Ive ever used! I clean everything with it! After a few months of using it almost daily, I unfortunately started having issues with it leaking water. I contacted the company and they replaced it free of charge even though I hadnt bought the extended warranty. I highly recommend this product.

To be fair, my experience is comparing this to a larger residential steamer with 275 degree F boiler tank. I wanted to try this because the larger steamer produced a lot of pressure but I noticed the steam was only hot within a short distance from the nozzle ( 1 inch ). With my small fabric steamer that cost only $10, the steam output is very hot even about 5 inch from the nozzle. I attributed this to the small fabric steamer output nozzle being much closer to the boiler tank. For this reason, I felt this steamer might produce more heat and be better than the large steamer I purchased. My theory was partially correct. It does produces more heat (the heat of the steam can be felt about 5 inches from the nozzle), but the pressure is too low. Also as others mentioned, holding it with your thumb to get steam can be tiring. It’s not heavy but it’s not the most comfortable position. If the button to push for steam was in the handle (similar to a gun) this would be better. My larger steamer has the steam trigger in the handle and it feels more natural. Overall this is a good tool and possibly great to bring along travel (to clean hotel toilets, showers and beds) but for me, since I have a larger machine I’m just not impressed enough, even to keep as a travel cleaner.

I bought this to steam clean my bathrooms. The grout and the crevices. And it works great! My only complaint is that the water doesnt last very long and you have to refil often.

Customer service was very helpful. They were very quick to respond and handle the situation. Even though the product didn’t work out (possible a defective) they did offer to send a free replacement. I already purchased a different steamer so they offered a refund!
