I liked how clear the instructions were. It was easy to get started. I saw results almost immediately. A good buy for the money.

Perfect size

We just received our steamer and the awesome thing about it is that it comes with a lot of different heads! It is actually very easy to use it!. I havent got a chance to use it on harder surfaces but It works like a charm on shirts! I also needed to contact the company and they sent me an other steamer right away! Great communication as well! Thank you!

Customer service was very helpful. They were very quick to respond and handle the situation. Even though the product didn’t work out (possible a defective) they did offer to send a free replacement. I already purchased a different steamer so they offered a refund!

Love! I wish the cord was longer but works wonderfully on hard water stains and more. And after and before in the photo.

Perhaps this deserves 3 stars. But I had HIGH expectations after watching the demo video where it magically transformed dirty black grout to shiny white. When I tried it on my bathroom grout, there was no magic transformation. It was still the same or slightly lighter. Here is a summary of my lackluster review: o P-U! When opening the box, WOW - the noxious ( ? ) fumes were very strong. Plastic mixed with metal type of smell. Dont hover over the box when opening it. o Along with the above point, when first using it, the steam that came out was P-U! Keep the window open and run water through it once is my advice. o It was easy enough to put together, but is a bit awkward to use. There are many accessories, including a funnel to pour water into the steam cleaner. o No window to see the water level. You are guessing where the water level is when you pour water in. Imagine youve used some & want to add more. You would have to empty it completely before adding more to get it precisely full. o Results: Close to none ( for my purposes ). I purchased this specifically for clearing up the grout in my bathroom, but sadly, there was no remarkable change. I had scrubbed with baking soda - hydrogen peroxide - soap prior to using it, and no change from there. The Good: o I really like the simple design. Thats what initially pulled me towards this product. But for the reasons stated above, it just wasnt worth keeping it. This was my experience, but perhaps it works well for other purposes / situations. I just didnt feel comfortable holding onto this product ( for other uses ), as the whole process of using it did not flow smoothly for me, and I began to wonder about the longevity of the product. I would love to support good products, but for me, this just didnt work.

Great product except for the limited water tank. I use his product for Vehicle Interior Detailing and while it works great the water capacity of the tank leaves much to be desired. Small Jobs it’s great but larger vehicles require Multiple fill-ups. So maybe a more dedicated Steamer is what the Dr has in order. Small Jobs excellent product. 4/5 STARS for this User

I used this steamer to clean the old stains on the cars carpet since it plays a key role because making the stain easy to fade. I also think this more than fading stains helps to eliminate bacteria on surfaces since its really powerful to eliminate odors! Im glad I bought this since I can give it lots of uses such as degreasing the engine, cleaning the windows, and detailing rims. Of course, it helps a ton in the chores of the home, with the floors, carpets, and hardwood floors. I use it a lot to disinfect all the surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom, especially when I let time without cleaning deeply. But listen to me, if you use it to clean mirrors and windows theyre going to be residue free and sparkling clean. Also, according to my research, it also helps eliminate bed bugs, mites, and allergens. This steamer is powerful!

Nice little machine but it would take forever to do a tile floor or shower stall.
