Two bottles arrived broken - the glass dropper stem is not very sturdy. However I contacted customer service through the email provided on the package and they sent a replacement that reached me within 3 days, so Im happy. Very smooth process. I cant imagine it is easy to ship glass and these things happen, so Im very glad their customer service is top-notch. And the bottles are so pretty. I will be buying more.

These are more beautiful in person than in the picture. I make my own skincare products and these got my attention because they were varying colors. This set is absolutely amazing, both in quality and esthetics. When needed I will definitely order more.

The bottles were beautiful but the dropper wasn’t secure inside and would leak and slip often. Not something I would buy to store product you intend to sell. Edit: after my review they messaged me and offered a full refund they also actually listened to my feedback and were extremely pleasant overall

Both boxes of these (15ml) that I ordered came with black line measurements on the actual droppers that are not shown in *any* of the pictures. I bought these for Etsy shop products and having the measurements on them really ruins the beautiful effect they would otherwise have. The pictures should absolutely show these lines so customers know what they are actually getting. Quite frustrated to have so many bottles I am unable to send to customers.
