Wish the factory settings on mix was a bit better after shower was done tried new fixtures all cold next to no hot water. Had to take apart and adjust.

Worked great for my Pfister shower kit. I used the YouTube channel “Got2Learn” to learn how to plumb it. Plumbers want around $400-500 to install these, so it’s worth spending a $50 on a torch kit and accessories to just do it yourself if you have a couple hours to spend on YouTube learning how to cut and solder pipes.

Only used the internal parts to replace my old broken parts. Very simple to install if you know how to take apart the old valve.

has only been installed a few weeks, so dont know if any issues will show up. like the ability to locally turn off water to change the cartridge, when the time comes.

Bigger valve than I thought but it’s very sturdy and get the job done.

Incorrect description. Only the stop fittings are female. Remember, to turn off the unit, at the wall, you MUST loosen the collars around the stops. The screws will NOT turn, otherwise, and youll tear the brass slots to nothing. If your cut-out is in tile, and its a tight circle around the cartridge, you will NOT be able to access the stops, unless you nibble away at the tile, and thats not a good idea. In that case, install 1/2 male brass plugs, into the stops. They will sock up without turning off the hot and cold flow. I like being able to easily change out valves, so the male fittings are great. You dont need to make sweat connections. You can use flex hoses to hook up to your supply pipes, as long as all are fitted with threaded connections. Easy as pie, once you get those threaded connections sweated onto your existing pipes. Good luck, have fun!

Good product, works as intended.

Not being a plumbing expert, I was confused about the terms with stops and less stops on some plumbing shower valves. After finding out that the stops allow you front access for future maintenance like cartridge replacement, we chose the one with stops. Very happy with it thus far.
