I am very happy with PJ ink. It is easy to fill with the caps instead of the syringes. I am also very happy with the brightness of the colors. Haven’t tried any other but why would I am happy with PJ

The product description for this ink makes claims such as ICC-Free Printing, Get the best print quality and performance without any ICC Profile!, and Dont need to worry about the incorrect colors again... These are FALSE claims. The ink, when used with no ICC profile from a Windows PC, a Mac, or from an iPad produces colors that are significantly red tinted. A pure gray box printed with this ink will produce a pink box. Any images printed with this ink are heavily tinted towards the red hues. Contacting Printers Jack support resulted in getting a run-around from them. Then they sent me an ICC profile (which caused the colors to be heavily tinted towards blue instead.) When I explained that I purchased this specific ink that claims to not need an ICC profile so I could print with an iPad, they ignored their own false advertising and told me that iPads dont support ICC profiles. This type of conversation went back and forth over 4-5 emails with no solution offered by Printers Jack (just more run around.) (Just for the sake of amusement, I did try their ICC profile on my Mac, following their instructions for installing and using it. It resulted in prints that were heavily tinted towards blue.) Eventually, I contacted Amazon directly and they gave me a refund for the cost of the ink. However, I still have this ink in my printer, and no good way to get it out. Ill either have to spend the money and time for syringes, tips, etc and try to manually pull the ink out, or just buy another printer. On the positive side, it was really very easy to fill the ink tanks from the bottles provided. I just wish it was that easy to get the ink back out.

I dont typically write negative reviews but at this point I cannot use these inks. Green is not showing up accurately and I have a project with plant designs. Many other brands have ICC files readily available to download so you can begin using your printer immediately. I went to their website and you have to fill out a google form and hopefully be sent the file but this postpones being able to actually use the ink and printer. I will say that the inks were very easy to add to the printer so that process was great. I just cant print what I need to. I will update this review if Im able to use the inks accurately at some point. For reference I have an Epson ET-15000.

Colors are good as far as matching, but the colors are not bright or vibrant at all. A bit disappointed.

When I unsrewed the top to put it into the machine, the whole top came off and ink went everywhere. I lost a little over a third of the ink all over my counter top! What a mess.

I have tried out several brands of sublimation ink and have finally found the perfect ink for my small business. With other brands I struggled to get color accuracy even with printer and ink specific ICC profiles. Grays were always too warm and colors were often too dark or muddy at times. Popped this in into a new Epson ET-2850 hit print and had perfect colors and gray tones first try. Even black text seems crisper.
