This toothbrush IS very, very soft. So soft, in fact, that it did not do a good job cleaning my teeth. That being said, if you have über sensitive gums, this should work for you. The handle is nice and chunky, so if you have problems with your grip, it is easy to hold on to.

I am surprised, at my rather advanced age, to find I am wearing braces. The orthodontist gave me lots of instructions and a sample toothbrush to use. Brushing is a big part of wearing braces and the toothbrush is critical. They gave me a special orthodontic toothbrush. Unfortunately it has a handle about the shape and diameter of a McDonalds straw. That coupled with the little touch of arthritis in my thumb means I cant keep a good grip while I am vigorously brushing around all the little brackets. You would think the special orthodontic toothbrush was designed for people with tiny hands...like maybe kids. I decided to try these brushes. They are a great choice. The bristles are very soft. The cross-section of the handle is rectangular and easy to hold. In the first photo I tried to show how the bristles are not trimmed off evenly at the end. Each bristle tapers to a point and they seem to poke under the wires and around the brackets better than any other brushes I have tried. The second photo shows the size of the handle. Very nice brushes.

So, so soft. I have an auto-immune disease which frequently gives me sore gums and brushing my teeth even with the so-called soft brushes I get in the drug stores felt like I was using a grill brush in my mouth. The day these came I tried one out and it was HEAVEN. I could finally brush my teeth again for as long as I wanted without wincing and crying. HALLELUIAH!! Trust me, if you have even a little pain brushing your teeth, you will love these. You have no idea what its like to want to brush your teeth a few times a day, then going in the bathroom and having to steel yourself to do it. Not anymore! Thank you for making these. Im pretty sure I cried a little in pure pleasure the first time I used it, lol

This is my favorite tooth brush. I have sensitive teeth/gums and these brushes allow the bristles to get between the teeth.

I have a very unusual dental problem and this toothbrush is perfect for my condition. I will continue to use this product. The extra fine bristles are perfect because I have to brush several times a day. I have been trying other brands but so far these are the best. Thank You.

I already had a toothbrush like this but I needed to buy more because I cant find these in my country. I totally recommend these for sensitive gums. My gums arent sensitive but I still use the toothbrush because it is so soft. Trust me you dont need a hard bristle toothbrush to brush your teeth...a soft one will do the job just fine!

These are the best! I have receding gums, so having a soft toothbrush is a must. When I went to the dentist last time, they didn’t tell me I was brushing too hard! That was a first!

I like everything about this tooth brush. It has large square handle that makes it easy to grip. It has the softest bristles of any tooth brush I have tried. Will definitely keep buying these.

These toothbrushes are so soft and easy on the gums. I have receding gums so this type of brush works well for me.

Very soft brushes that I need for sensitive gums. My only issue was a loose bristle on the one of the brushes that broke off in my mouth. Not a big deal, but I dont expect to have something like that happen.
