Samsonite expected us to pay shipping to their repair store in another state. Wont buy from Samsonite again and dont recommend you buy from them either. Their products are a premium price without premium customer service. Label inside suitcase said it was made in Italy another label said Thailand. They reserve the right to say it is not under warranty after less than a month from purchase and will charge to ship it back if so determined. Low rating is entirely triggered by the annoying process to get it fixed when there is no physical evidence the airline or TSA damaged the lock.
