I bought them for my 3 year old but they also got me. After about an hour he complained that the pressure began to hurt him but it was also his first time wearing them. They are very effective.

Perfect for what we needed them for - parade noise and fireworks. My 2.5 yr is sensitive to loud noise and these allowed him to enjoy the festivities. They fit him great and stay in place. They fit adults too! So he will be able to use them for as long as he needs.
