> 24 hourDidnt come with the activation key, but I spoke to Joe in their company and they fixed the issue right away and sent me an activation key. And their products always does such a great job of teaching how to use software.

> 24 hourThe disc wouldnt work. As you can see in the picture, I couldnt install the program. I messaged the customer service and they emailed me right away with a link to the PC download. So at the end of the day, I got access to the Quickbooks tutorial but Im out $6 because I paid for the disc and the PC download is cheaper. Save yourself $6 and just buy the Professor Teaches PC download.

> 24 hourI wouldnt have given any stars if I didnt have to at least select one. I have alll the proper software, memory and operating system that is stated in this description and on the disc itself. It will not load so I can run and use the program...it installs all the folders but will not play. I have been back and forth with their technical support ( actually, only one useless response after multiple attemps to find out whats wrong ). Absolutely done and returning it.. Very angry with this company and a total lack of willingness to help those who purchase their products

> 24 hourExpected more instruction on Quickbook but the Accounting explanation is too detail... Good for people that not taking Accounting Class before... But take a long time if you already has degree in Accounting...
