> 24 hourVery happy with the quality and value overall. 2 things to note, the projector only “sees” the remote from the lens side of the camera, so you need to be in front of it and aiming back at it for it to work. Somewhat inconvenient but no big deal. Also, we had a very hard time getting the lens cap off the first time. It was pushed on so hard we were afraid we were going to break the lens assembly getting it off. Apparently so many people have had this problem there is a YouTube video on how to remove it. Look it up if you have as much trouble as we did. Just put it on much looser when you’re done with it from then on. Edit: Yaber promotes its sophisticated keystone image adjustment but it does not work properly. In front mode, you are able to adjust the digital zoom. If you change to side mode because you are projecting at an angle you are no longer able to use digital zoom. In my case, the picture size became way too big to project onto a screen. Contacted tech support, while they were very responsive, they confirmed that digital zoom will not work in side mode, only manual keystone adjustment. We bought this projector to use in 2 different setups, it is useless for one of the setups. Very disappointing. Great projector if youll only be shooting straight at a screen. If not, do not purchase.

> 24 hourGreat initial image quality but after only 2 months, the projected image developed significant horizontal dark lines in the middle of the screen. Contacted Yaber customer support to exercise the 3 year warranty for a replacement and was told that none were in stock (even though its still selling on Amazon). They did not even offer another of their projector models. So I was supposed to wait indefinitely for a replacement, which I obviously wasnt going to do. I am now returning it for a full refund. Will update this review if they dont follow through with a full refund. UPDATE: I was refunded the full cost of the projector but was required to pay the return shipping (about $38 via USPS) which I had let them know when I emailed them the tracking number. A week and a half later they are now asking me to take down this review and are also saying they will give me $70 for my troubles. That great! But I will not be taking down this review. Buyer be warned, this projector is sold under a few other names: WiMiUS K1, DBPOWER RD828, TOPTRO X1 and Im sure a few others. Im quite sure Yaber does not actually make this, but only pedals it from a global supplier. Yaber is only acting as a salesman so to speak (along with all the other brands of this projector). Update 2: Changed from 1 star to 5 simply because of the outstanding effort in customer support. I was pleased to have received another projector after going through the trouble of returning the 1st one. The 2nd one had a jammed lens that required some effort to free but it works fine now. But i cant complain being that they provided it free of charge after the 1st being fully refunded. I will update to 3 stars if this one fails prematurely with more lines. Thank you Yaber customer support.

> 24 hourThis has been a GREAT projector for us. Our young family uses it all the time for streaming shows and movies, as well as for gaming. This is our first projector and I am super pleased with the resolution & don’t notice any lag with the audio or anything. I am really pleased with the sound that comes out of the projector, both in quality and volume. It was SUPER easy to get set up as well. Probably 5 or 6 months after buying it, we noticed a flaw developing in the picture (like a yellow spot). I soon found out that this sort of thing can happen if a projector is left on for long periods. I want to make it super clear that this was ENTIRELY my fault. Even though that was the case, I contacted Yaber customer service and have been blown away at how absolutely amazing they are! I have had 3 or 4 interactions with them over the course of getting my issue squared away. Each time they have seriously treated me like a king. It’s insane! I’m so glad that there are people and companies out there who still value people & customers. Again, this issue was totally my fault and they still offered to replace the unit at no cost if I returned the damaged unit and provided them with a tracking number. They have been prompt in their replies and always so courteous.

> 24 hourI think this is a great projector for the money. Easily and without any problems hooked up my Apple TV to one of the 2 HDMI inputs and paired my bluetooth headphone. I project the image to a wall about 9.5 ft away from the projector (i.e. no need for a screen) and, once the focus adjustment is made, the image is very sharp (especially when viewing 4K videos like those on Youtube). The contrast is very good even when lights are turned on near the projector. For picture adjustment there are a few preset options as well as user mode option where your individual (contrast, brightness, saturation, etc.) settings get saved. I did not quite understand why the hue could not be adjusted but even without that I was able to get a very decent picture. Sound quality is quite decent and does turn the room into a nice home theater but I suppose hooking up a (bluetooth) sound bar would make it even better especially for low frequency response (have not tried that yet). The fan is relatively quiet but still can be heard when there is no sound in the room but not noticeable when sound is being played back. The unit is very small and light weight. It comes with a nice zipper carrying bag allowing it to be easily and safely transported. Once you connect the projector to your wifi network and enable screen mirroring on your iPhone and select the projector, you can project your iPhone screen and this too worked for me just fine the very first time I tried it. I have not yet tried the USB inputs (nor see a need to). The remote requires 2 AAA batteries (not included) and is very small and works nicely. The instruction manual is pretty straightforward and accurate. All in all I am very happy with my purchase and recommend this product based on what I have seen so far. Note that this is my very first projector so I can not comment on how it compares to others in the market but, after performing some careful market research, I bought this unit due to its features (contrast ratio, bluetooth & wifi support, built-in sound quality, etc.), some nice reviews I read about its predecessor model that this unit improves upon and finally its reasonable price.

> 24 hourIve had this projector for well over a year now. The image is great the sound is good and the overall quality is perfect for the family to enjoy a great night in to enjoy a movie or your favorite tv series. We did have a problem with our first projector and contacted the company and received prompt responses and solutions to our problem. They had a new projector sent out and we were back enjoying it once again in no time. They genuinely wish there customers to enjoy there product and go the extra mile to make them happy. If they have a product that has a problem the are always looking to improve there product and seek as much feed back as they can get. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a projector.

> 24 hourOK, I ended up keeping the Yaber V6 after I’d kicked myself for not learning a bit more about projectors before ordering. I was particularly frustrated to learn that a lumen is not a standardized unit. For example, a volt is a volt is a volt. If it wasn’t there’d be some nasty accidents but when it comes to lumens, for some reason there’s something other than the ANSI lumen and, not knowing this was my fault. I naturally assumed, the higher the lumens the brighter the image only to learn (after purchasing the Yaber V6) that 4000 lumens (ANSI) is way brighter than the 7500 lumens (LED/LCD...still not quite sure of the correct definition or how they arrived at the unit) that the Yaber has. I’ve since learned that 7500 lumens ANSI would be incredibly bright, way more than you’d need to watch something in broad daylight. Anyway, with that gripe out of the way, we use the Yaber V6 once the sun goes down outside with a 120” pull down screen. You can only just see the image before the sun goes down but the image is very good once the sun has gone down. Nice HD and one tip that maybe useful to some is: Bluetooth from your Firestick rather than from the projector. I ended up doing that as the lag was significantly reduced compared to Bluetoothing from the projector. The firestick, Bluetooth and using YouTube TV meant that all I had to do was put a power outlet in the ceiling, install the ceiling mount for the projector and hang the pull down screen. No other wiring required. All done for under $500, projector $211, screen $237, ceiling mount $19.99 and firestick $29.99. New power outlet was just a couple of bucks. So for the money it’s really quite an impressive set up (after the sun has gone down)

> 24 hourI originally already gave this projector a 5 star rating. After a year, a burn mark developed on the projection. I contacted the manufacturer and they were prompt in responding and initiating a replacement after I sent In photos of the burn mark and paid shipping which cost around $30. Updating … I just received my replacement , wonderful customer service thank you so much!

> 24 hourI was looking for a budget friendly projector to use temporarily until my projector room is finished. The price of the Yaber V6 fit the bill of what I was looking for so I took the chance. Setup is very simple and quick. Picture quality is good but not amazing. I have the projector set up about 15 from the wall creating a 120 screen. I am also using a cheap cloth type screen also purchased from Amazon so that may have a little to do with the overall picture quality. I have the projector setup in a basement with minimal ambient light. When the overhead lights are turned on the image becomes a little washed out but is still watchable. Best viewed in a dark space. My only complaint is there was a black artifact in the image around the right center of the screen. It was clearly something on the inside. Rather than returning the projector I opened it up and found a small sliver of white plastic stuck to the screen on the inside. I removed it and now its good to go. I cant speak to the longevity of the projector as I have only had it for about 2 weeks. Overall I would recommend to someone who is looking for a cheap projector but would caution that it most likely would not stand up against a more expensive mainstream brand.

> 24 hourThis is the first projector I have owned and I wasn’t sure what features were most important. I looked for lumens, native resolution, and then any extra features. This Yaber projector ticked all 3 boxes for me. The projector came packaged well and was even inside a case that was included. The case actually has backpack straps on it for easy carrying. I didn’t notice that in the description before buying. The brightness is really good and the resolution is spot on. I tried it in a dark room with a 12’ throw and a 4’ throw. Also tried it on a sheer screen with a rear projection outside at dusk. It was perfect in all instances. I also found the ease of use to be intuitive. I only had to look a couple of things up in the manual when I couldn’t figure it out on my own. I’ve hooked it up to a laptop and have used a thumb drive. I’ve flipped the picture and have adjusted the keystone setting. Everything works as anticipated. The projector comes with an HDMI cable and an older 3-in1 AV adapter. It also comes with a remote control that is easy to use. Most of the adjustments can be made on the projector as well. Not knowing anything about projectors, I have been very happy with how this has performed. I really don’t know of anything that I would want them to change on it and haven’t found any flaws. It does everything I needed it for and can’t wait to host movies and Wii parties in my backyard!

> 24 hourIt was very easy to set up and get going. Its nice that there are speakers built in and its quite bright. The screen correction is a great little tool as well. Looking forward to getting the 20ft screen set up and seeing what its actually capable of.
