Prosoco R-Guard Fast Flash

Learned about it in the Build Show. Works really well, easy to use.

A little expensive at this price, but the product is great. Id use it anywhere I can.

this stuff is better than others I have used just too expensive. if you need to seal a small area this is the product you need.

Pay attention to the date of manufacture, it has a shelf life of 12 months. Like others mentioned, product arrived 3 months out of date and didnt properly cure. This is a basic silyl modified polymer, there are lots of other better products out there. I ended up going with 3M Adhesive Sealant 740 UV, which was half the price and a much better product.

I became aware of this product from the You Tube channel , The build Show , Matt Risinger. When the flashing membrane I was using for my new window came loose , which I would never known if it hadnt been for the fact that I was running behind on my project, I ordered R-Guard. It was a bit tricky getting it in all the places being this was for an upgrade to a larger window. What an awesome product. I purposely did not close the brick veneer up on my window to make sure it would work. Results are awesome.

Can be tooled after application. Makes a great seal on OSB. Is fantastic flashing for those areas where metal flashing will just not work well.

Product was fully expired when received. Only out a week. I used it anyway as it went on a personal project but would never have installed it on a job. It is excellent product though!

Great window and door flashing product. When applying this you can tell right away that it will not let water in. Start from top of opening and work your way down.
