quality product. I use it outdoors with a lead acid, car battery-powered inverter on a hand truck to run yard equipment like an electric chain saw.

I use this so that my 2nd portable AC can reach an outlet on a different circuit than the 1st AC is on. It works great and never gets warm. Its probably overkill for running my 14 amp AC but for the price Id rather be safe than sorry. The cable is about 1/2 thick.
