Greater than one weekCame with a loose screw inside and wouldnt post, acknowledge drives, or indicate any functionality past power being applied whatsoever. Great paperweight, awful electronic. You could do better with literally anything else.

> 3 dayIts a really good low in firewall if you want something simple I wanted to virtualize my firewall and run a ad blocker on it but it doesnt support virtualization. Which is fine it did the job it needed to very very well just not in the way that I would like to have had it handled.

> 3 dayMy Protectli Vault FW4B has its mSata screws locktight/glued from the factory. This makes zero sense considering you have to install your own storage. The screws used are very low quality and strip immediately. Buyer be warned.

> 3 dayPulled it out of the box, plugged in a VGA monitor and USB keyboard and Rufus bootable pfSense on USB. Took about 10 minutes and it was running pfSense. Ive had it running for about 48 hours and so far it is perfect.

17-11-2024Easy to install and operate with pfsense community edition. Just downloaded an image file and I was up and running. pfsense comes with a version of Free BSD as an operating system as this system is bare bones. You need to understand what you are doing. That being said, I was up and running in less than an hour with really packet packet moving This replaced my problematic Netgate 3100, also with pfsense. The Celeron, 8 gigs of RAM and 120 gigs of space makes it a really fast mover for streaming. I use for two separate networks in my house and that was a breeze to set up. There is room for one more completely segmented network. I use IPv6 routing and it works like a champ. Highly recommended for a bare bones system for pfsense fir walling.

Greater than one weekBeen using for about a month with no issues. Installed RAM & MSATA SSD, and then installed and setup pfsense in about hour. And all for less than the cost of SG-3100 but this has far more capabilities.

> 3 dayIt works, and it works great. Yes, a little pricey, but Ive had no issues with running pfSense on it. My old pfSense overheated and died on me (used hardware that lasted 5+ years), and I bought this to replace it.

> 3 dayGot for use with pfsense and it works great. No complaints... handles everything that I can throw at it for a home network.

Greater than one weekStarted out with 1 vault, planned to have 2 vaults for managing 2 locations. The first one came with bad RAM and bad CPU.
