Weve had lots of rain recently so we were growing tired of the ever constant bang coming from the basement as the sump cycled off. Replaced the check valve with this PumpSpy silent check valve and the issue was immediately resolved. This thing is absolutely silent even when standing right next to it in the basement. Installation was quick and simple, taking all of five minutes to accomplish.

Tired of the cheap builder grade hammering loud check valve and bought this gem. Wish I knew this company was local and I would stop by and just bought it. Excellent valve and 100% quiet

I bought this valve because the one installed by the builder is so noisy and wake me up at night everytime the pump runs. After installing this valve, it is super quiet, I cannot even hear it and have a good sleep. Love it.

It was very easy to replace the old noisy check valve, and is so much quieter especially when the pump stops flowing and the valve shuts. Will update review long term.

This was easy to install, just slip over the 1-1/2 discharge pipe. My old check valve was chattering when the pump shut off. This valve closes quietly and does not chatter. My pump is quiet now. Problem solved easily and for a reasonable cost. I would buy this again.

We build a lot of homes every year and i will be installing these check valves from now on. One of our new homeowners was bothered by the sound of the previous valve so we ordered and installed this one. It was super easy to install and is silent durning on/off cycles!
