They sublimated beautifully but the lids don’t work! You can’t drink water through them when you do suck anything up they make a horrible slurping sound. Contacted the company and they are making it write but stressful to figure it all out and not just be able to use the cups.

These kept beverages cold for over 24 hours and are awesome for sublimation

You have to pop off the mouth piece to push down the rubber ring for the straw to work.

The price is hard for me, especially if I make a mistake. but I really like these water bottles. If you do the process right the product turns out perfect. I love the straw, no tipping to drink from it, but cap is on tight and spill proof.

This is my first time buying this brand and I am very pleased with these tumblers they sublimate perfectly the colors really pop and I really like that they come with the circles for the bottom of the tumblers my customer really loved their encanto cup I will definitely buy again this is a wonderful quality product.

I have not done hot liquids yet but the cold is only 8 hours not 24 like the description states. I also wish it did not have the lip at the top wo it’s stuck being white there no matter what at least I have not figured that out to get it to not be white.

Nice size! These tumblers sublimate beautifully! I put an iced drink in one on a Tuesday evening, come Thursday morning it still had ice! I kid you not! It was not in the fridge, just sitting on the dining room table! Great quality. I will definitely be buying more. My clients love them too!
