Arrived with only one pack of Qtips. Says 2pack on here & on the bag it was in but must’ve been packaged wrong. There’s nowhere I can find to report this unless I completely request a refund or replacement which requires me to ship the one I received back. I need the Qtips now for my daughter so guess I won’t be buying them this way again?

When I buy cotton swaps for my ears, there is only one brand for me. QTips. Nothing but... the best.

We usually purchase qtips through Costco but bought these when Costco was sold out. Not the same quality. These qtips are much weaker, bend easily and have half the cotton. Not comfortable to use.

It does what it’s suppose to do. I use to clean my ear after shower. I just wish the handle was sturdier and not a flexible grip. They changed it.
