Update: Qishare contacted me and replaced the bag. The replacement does not have any issues with the strap. Very quick and helpful customer service. On the positive side, the color is as pictured, and the lining in the main compartment is a plush fabric and white in color, making it easy to see whats in there. But there are a few things that keep this bag from being great. The first is the velcro used for fastening the out pockets closed. Its very, very rough! It snags on everything from skin to fabrics, and is fairly uncomfortable. I would have liked to fit a thin scarf in one of the pockets, but putting it in or out would destroy it. The second issue is the shoulder strap. While the fasteners seem nice and sturdy, the finish on mine is rough and pitted. Not terrible, but definitely a distraction. The shoulder strap is very lightly padded, but that may be fine, since the bag is small enough that it wont be heavy even fully loaded. Speaking of size, the width and length are perfect for a 2016 Macbook Pro (touchbar). The height is about an inch or so larger than ideal, but theres no real harm in that. Overall, I would recommend with caveats. The shoulder strap is thin and the metal is rough/pitted, and the velcro is very scratchy and prone to catching on things.

Purchased the 15-16 version of this bag for an Asus ROG GL502VY, knowing that this 15.6 laptop is a little bigger than most laptops in its size-class. The bag fits the width of the laptop perfectly, leaving a small gap on the sides, but tight enough so that it doesnt wobble inside. Depth is a perfect fit, with almost no gap (the laptops depth is at around 10.5), while height is not a problem. There is plenty of space in the bag, as there are two compartments on each side of the bag, secured by small velcro strips. There is enough space to stuff the laptops charger (a 180W brick-like behemoth) and related wiring on one side, and a mouse as large as a Logitech MX Master on the other. When the pockets are full, though, it becomes kind of hard to put the velcro strips together to close them and this locking mechanism is certainly is not as secura as a proper zipper, but it works nevertheless. The build quality of the bag is remarkably good, with perfectly finished seams and no defects on the outer fabric. Color (black) is deep but not prone to discolour, and the matte gray zips complement the already classy look of the bag. This is the kind of bag that looks classier and better put together than most bags in its price range. The inside of the bag is lined with a soft, plush-like fabric that protects the laptop from scratches and makes it easy to put it in and take it out. Overall, a great bag for the price: spacious, well designed and finished, with ease of use in mind, paired with a classy and good looking design. Very recommendable.

My daughter received the 11.6-12 version of this bag from Santa to carry the new laptop I had purchased for her. I see that the bright blue bag she received is not currently available in that size on Amazon. Maybe it was when Santa got it, or maybe it is an elf made exclusive. Not sure. Either way, it is a great bag in a great color. It fits her 11.6 HP Stream comfortably and is nicely padded. It has two side pockets large enough for a charger or a mouse, but it is still a slim, speak little bag. The shoulder strap is key though, as many sleeve type cases only have handles. I really wish I had realized how nice this bag is, as I would have bought myself one (or asked Santa for one too). I can still get one in black or grey, but I like the idea of a brightly colored, cant miss case, and there arent any available in that size right now. Too bad...

Perfect for my new laptop and has enough space for my notebook, charger, pens and other paperwork. Ive traveled around with this laptop case and its pretty comfortable to cary around. I loved this soft purple color and how it is able to carry what I need.

Super cute and surprisingly roomy, The front and back pockets are pretty deep. It fits my 11.6 inch HP Chromebook with enough room to put a folder, papers, or a notepad in with the laptop if I dont want them to get wrinkled. The lining is really thick and soft, so I know my laptop is safe in there. The small straps can also be hidden so they dont get in the way when you use the shoulder strap. The shoulder strap can also be removed and fit nicely in the front of back pocket if you dont want to use it, but still want to take it with you if youre traveling. Im super happy with it. Its a great bag for the money.

My daughters school requires them to carry a school computer and theyre only permitted a computer sleeve. I specifically chose this one due to the shoulder strap that will free up her hands. The sleeve is nicely padded. It does have optional handles and a shoulder strap to more easily carry it. The exterior pockets are nice, but in our case unusable due to school rules. My big concern after a month of daily school use is the long term durability of the shoulder strap anchor points. This week, after 4 weeks of use, I noticed the lining bulging out of the pocket opening. If I leave the laptop sleeve exactly how it is we may make it through the end of the year, but not the next 2+ years of high school. The issue is specific to the use of the handles and/or shoulder strap; the sleeve would most likely last through college if none of the straps were used. So this item will last longer Im about to tack through all the layers to the inner lining to better secure the shoulder strap anchor points. Would I buy this again? Yes, but I would have added the tacking from the get-go. It would be great if the manufacturer had done a bit of extra sewing to make a better product.

This case is light weight, washable, have pocket and I can put it over my luggage handle. Its perfect! That phone looks weird. But the actual case is beautiful.

Good bag. Does what it should

Ive been searching for a new laptop bag for a while now since my old one was starting to go bad, so Im really glad I saw this one when I did! The customer reviews helped as well since I saw some other bags I liked, but the reviews here helped me make my final decision. My laptop is a Lenovo, so I was mildly worried that it might not fit since most laptop bags Ive seen in the past didnt work. Thankfully, this one did! It has a lot of pockets too for easy storage, which is another concern I had since my old laptop bag was very roomy. I wont be able to carry certain things around anymore (like my Nintendo Switch) in this new one, but its not like that was a deal breaker to begin with. Overall, Im really satisfied with this product so far!

So many options out there and had no idea what to get. I knew I wanted something thin, but that would protect my laptop and hold my cords, mouse, and tablet for the handful of times I travel each year. I was actually surprised how nicely everything fit into it without being bulky. --Still pretty new so havent used it much, but everything feels secure and Im not nervous to travel with it at all.
