Its a aftermarket part... but its not bad.

Came with everything you would need (even a small screwdriver). Nice they also include spares (screws and heat pad). Quality seems to be pretty decent. Easy to install.

Used this with my new ssd in my ps5 fits perfect

I bought this for my PS5 and originally installed a WD SN850 1tb drive in it which worked great. I learned later moved the SN850 to my new PC build and put a cheaper 1TB Teamgroup NVME in it that met the PS5 requirements. I mention this because I was able to peel the adhesive strips off and re-use them. They are sticky, but not like a sticker. You can remove them easily if needed, but they have enough stick where they will stay in place.

Super easy installation and fits perfectly inside the hub on ps5 for m.2 expansion. My personal bought ssd I used was the WD SN850 2TB nvme pcie gen4 x4 m.2 ssd. It fit like a glove.

Lowered the temp of my samsung 970 pro by 5 degrees Celsius.

If youre looking for a heat sink for your PS5 this one will do the job. Ive been using it for months now with a Samsung 980 Pro and never had an issue with overheating or anything. Its really easy to install and the instructions are very clear. It took me maybe 5 minutes to read the instructions and have it assembled. You wont regret purchasing one of these.

Easy to install. Added to an SN850. Fits fine in the PS5.
