Works a advertised and I used this when going on rides while using STRAVA. A bit pricy compared to others but worth it as the quad lock is solid and will likely last.

Una volta agganciato il dispositivo diventa inamovibile, a prova di qualunque sobbalzo, e viene via solo utilizzando lapposita leva di sgancio e ruotando il telefono. Il costo è elevato, anche perché occorre dotare lo smartphone di una cover speciale con sistema di aggancio (anchessa piuttosto costosa). Questo è anche il punto debole del sistema, perché se non esiste la cover specifica per il vostro telefono (o se non volete acquistare una nuova cover speciale ogni volta che cambiate telefono) dovrete ricorrere ad un adattatore universale con bi-adesivo la cui tenuta dipenderà dalla compatibilità del bi-adesivo con il materiale della vostra cover (nel mio caso, per esempio, la tenuta si è dimostrata pessima e ho dovuto modificare ladattatore in maniera drastica per poterlo utilizzare in sicurezza).

I bought a quad lock and put it on my aero bars because that is the only place I had. An aero bar extends from the handle bar of a bicycle. While using the quad lock, I hit a bump and my phone came loose. Found out later that the tab that holds the phone had broken. Quad lock sent me a replacement. After this, I constantly find that my phone will come loose and release from the holder when hitting a bump and now have to secure the phone to the quad lock with a rubber band. It seems that the Quad lock cant take the vibration that happens with an aero bar.

This may not be fair but while I was shopping around for the best phone bike mounts, I found this but didnt realize I needed a special case to be bought separately. So I havent been able to use it and going to return it because Im thinking of upgrading to a newer phone soon. Im not going to buy a case now, only to buy another just for this mount. And then in a few years, spend some more money for another case. I should have read more thoroughly but seems way too expensive to me when there are cheaper alternatives out there that dont require a separate purchase

I have these on all my bikes now i am in love with this company and product. WILL NOT come loose when riding, beyond perfect design. Worth the money
