I have this balloon pump a 4 only because I found is weird to use but my balloon animal making daughter says its the best! Shes a pro at those things and shes says its the best pump there is. She goes through pumps and researched this one for purchase and is very happy with the purchase of it. The way it works is that you move the black piece up and down instead of green piece and your hand is free to grab and mold the balloon. I guess for a beginner, it might have been helpful to show them how to use the pump but a pro will love it!

Easy to use. Worth the money

I bought this to inflate balloons for my daughters 7th birthday party at home. I left it out along with a bag of balloons. The kids found it, and they stated inflating balloons on their own. The kids were more interested in this inflation device than anything else. Who knew... another mom told me she wanted to take it home, because her daughter loved it so much.

I am so glad I bought this with the 260Q balloons. You may think, come on, what can be as simple as blowing balloons? Nope. For 260Q type (and I suspect 160 too), unless you are professional, there is NO way you can blow them with your mouth. Seriously, you can rupture some veins you push too hard, so dont. The only issue I see with this pump is its size, it wont fit in your pockets to carry around, say to a kids party, to show off your talent.

What can I say except I love this balloon pump. It made my life easy when I had to blow up a bunch of balloons. I ended up buying 2 more. I highly recommend purchasing this type of balloon inflater because it holds the balloons securely in place while you inflate. Ive tried the kind sold at Party City that have a flat tip and they are darn right awful - you tend to struggle a bit trying to inflate the balloons. So I dont recommend the ones with flat tips. So far for me this is the big winner. You pay a little bit more but it is well worth it in the end.

I used to make balloon animals years ago and decided to give it another try recently. I purchased this pump and I love it. It makes balloons super easy to fill. I really like that its double action so it even pumps while you pull the tip away from the main air chamber. The only one thing I would knock it on is that its tough to get 160q balloons on. The tip is a bit too small. You can get them on, but its not easy. Works great with standard 260qs.
