Great when you feel a cold/flu coming on. Really has helped me and my family. Similar ingredients as a sinus recipe I found years ago so decided to try it. It is now a mainstay in our cold & flu arsenal.

I buy these for cold sore treatment/prevention. Abreva and other do not work for me at all. This is very helpful used as directed to prevent and heal cold sores quicker than without. They also make a topical form of this to put on the lips, same company, and it is also wonderful. Soothing and healing. Have been buying for many years and will continue to support this brand, Quantum Health.

If you ever had a cold sore this is t h e product for you. I havent had one since I take two at first tingle, two at second tingle etc. A must for all. Ive never ever had a cold sore again.

I decided to add this to my regimen at about the same time we bought a far infrared sauna, so its hard to say if its this or that, but I have been much healthier overall since. Not saying that I havent felt ill at all,but over the last few years I have only felt like garbage once and I was over it in half the time of my wife......who is not good about taking vitamins, etc

I keep wanting to stop taking these because they didn’t help with acne like I’d read Lysine does, but I never get sick! So while it didn’t do what I bought it for, it’s doing something I value.

I love the product. I use it every day. I just received a bottle today and the pills were discolored and really stunk like garlic. I included a picture of the regular looking pills next to the spotted pills I received today. Im not upset, things happen. I just want to see if you can send me another bottle. Thanks!

I like Quantum Lysine as an immune booster. I have used it for several years and works well for me.
