20-11-2024If you have small children you need these. If you find yourself ninja walking to sneak out of the room, only to wake the baby with a loud door knob, you’ll appreciate these. Basically it makes it so the door is silent when opening and closing it. Our son used to wake up anytime we left the room to use the restroom and this has helped us immensely. He no longer hears when we enter or leave the room. It’s also strong enough so a cat can’t push the door open.

> 3 dayWe have this one door that would shake when we opened another door and it would scare my toddler. I was shutting a sock in the door until we found d this gem! It wasn’t as thick as we needed it and we had to double up so the door would stay closed. We recently added it to our bathroom door so our curious guy doesn’t accidentally lock himself in the bathroom. For our doors, we would just need it a bit thicker. I’m sure it works perfect as is for some homes.

> 3 dayThis could poaaibly be the best purchase I have ever made on Amazon. We dont even have babies but we do have 4 kids and a noisy hall bathroom door that was opened and closed incessantly far too early in the morning! This solved the problem of the early morning wake ups! And they are SO sturdy. Seriously impressed.

> 3 dayI like the elastic bands on each side so its accommodating for different sizes. My only con is that I had to double up on the door to my toddlers room. It is a standard door but would not stay closed with just one strap. I used 2 and the door will stay closed.

> 3 dayBe warned that this doesn’t work for all doors. My doors would not latch or shut all the way with these on, had to return.

> 3 dayThese are nicely sewn, fit on my doors perfectly and prevent them from closing or staying closed. They also did not prevent all the doors from slamming.

> 3 dayWe bought them because our door knobs are far too easy for our 2 year old to accidentally lock, and she kept inadvertently locking herself in her bedroom. They solve that issue as the door lock won’t lock with them on. Now that we have them, I wish I’d bought them years ago. They really help with shutting the door quietly!

> 3 dayLove these. Makes opening and closing the door so much quieter. We have a large cat that likes to push the door open so I put two on the door and at 14.6 pounds she cant push the door open.
