These are very handy for opening gates with just one hand. Solid and strong.

Love these latches! So easy to use and secure for animals. The only trick is to effectively set the length of the chain so you can easily operate it without having it too long as to leave a wide gap at the gate.

Latch and ring are heavier than others we have purchased. Chain and fastening bolt also of good quality material.

The latch is a good design and is well made. I would have given 5 stars but the big staple that is for use in the wooden post is lame. I used an eye bolt instead.
