Great value and instant hit with our rabbits. We hid pellets and small pieces of treats in the “leaves” and some fresh hay in the carrot. The only down side is they are really attracted to chewing the non-slip textured underside. I will update the review if the mat doesn’t hold up due to the silicon type beads on the backing which is very attractive to rabbits. **Update - the mat is still holding up well, and my rabbits seem to have gotten bored of chewing the non-slip underside.

This mat was fun at first but I would watch your bunny carefully while using this. My bunny got the carrot part stuck around his neck and was running around scared. I got it off of him but it could’ve been worse if I wasn’t around! I probably will not be using it anymore.

My piggies love this mat! Before, I just gave them food in a bowl. When I take time to “hide” it in the mat, it keeps them busy throughout the day as they look for food. I like the carrot for Timothy hay because it keeps the hay contained and the rest of the cage cleaner. I have washed and dried it twice, and it still looks great. One of my piggies recently figured out that she can burrow underneath the mat and make herself a little “fort.” This was a great purchase, worth every penny.

My bunny loves digging for pellets and ripping out hay, although I would recommend suction cups on the bottom so that it stays when hay is being ripped out it doesnt fold the mat in half

I didnt realize how much stimulation this simple product can bring to my bunny. Every morning I place 1/4 cup of pellets hidden all over the mat. My bunny is all over it before I can even finish hiding the pellets. Hell take a break and then revisit it throughout the day. I worried that he would chew the mat but not at all. He uses his nose and tongue to move the petals out of the way to reveal his treats. It is a nice soft mat which makes an excellent addition to your bunnys home.

My two buns love to play with this. Its absolutely filled with little nooks and crannies to hide bits of treats in, and the hay pocket is quite sizable. The cloth is a nice felt-type, so Im not worried about fibre getting in their lungs.

Our Hamilton doesn’t like toys and anything we ever buy him goes to waste. But he LOVES this mat! He forages in it every day! I highly recommend.
